As The Body Shop claims about Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask that its a face mask made with 100% vegan ingredients. It contains bamboo charcoal from the Himalayan foothills, known to draw out impurities and excess oils from the skin. It’s made without parabens, silicone, mineral oils and paraffin’s.
Antioxidant-rich green tea leaves from Japan and catechins effectively exfoliate the skin, while community trade organic tea tree oil from Kenya helps clear the skin.
This face mask is above all face masks I have tried, it is the greatest dupe for Glam glow mask and for the price budget friendly as compare to Glamglow.
It has a cooling effect when you apply it on your face, the mud is light taupe in color and it contains green tea leaves and tiny beads.
I love the smell its very fresh, smells like green tea. When you apply it and dries quite quickly, within 5-10 minutes. By having actual pieces of charcoal in the formula when you rinse the mask off you end up exfoliating your face as well, which makes your skin feel even more radiant. When the mask is dry slightly dampen your fingertips and scrub your skin. Its crazy how soft your skin feels after using this mask and leaves a fresh scent that just makes your skin feel clean. I usually apply it before shower and gently massage it under the running water.
As you all know by now Im a sucker for masks :D, and this specific one I really had to try worth every penny, I didn’t experience any scratching from the tea leaves, but I wouldn’t recommend it to people with really sensitive skin because it might be too harsh for them. It works perfectly for me. Yes I would highly recommend it and will buy again.
I bought this for 100 riyals from The Bodyshop in Riyadh, Ksa. Do check out the links below:
